We had such a awesome host family in Tulsa I have to tell you about them. It was Betti Franklin, and her sister-in-law Becky!
Fist of all, Betti's house is fabulous. With the best back porch on the planet. Complete w/ 3 ceiling fans, a dinning room table, and a FIREPLACE!! Inside was just as spectacular.
But what was most memorable was their hospitality. They had all our needs met before we even got there. Dinner was ready when we got home on Sat, with a Champagne toast for me, and food for our friends friends...it was a party!
To top off this great family feeling, my Mom and brother Sam drove down Sunday morning to watch my race!
