Hi Guys! It's been a while. Last time I wrote I was in Sweden. Now I'm in BC, Burnaby (well, actually Fort Langley)...staying with Jeremy Storie (coach) and Jenelle Cassidy for a five day training block!
Life is good. Training is going well. Since Sweden, I've been training and working. Mike has been timing me on my workouts, it's been really cool to have him help me. That's really about all that has happened in my life.
That's why I haven't written much. Not much to tell.
I'm going to LA on tues to prep for Nationals that start Oct 3-7. I'll try to give you updates from there!
Hope everyone out there is doing well, and having fun, hopefully riding just for fun!!
